Update on Sprott Private Placement Offering
Metal Tiger (LON: MTR), the natural resources investing company is pleased to announce that further to the announcements on the 28 and 29 March 2017 relating to the Sprott Private Placement Offering, shareholders should note that Sprott and Metal Tiger have mutually agreed to extend the Closing Date from the 17 April 2017 to the 20 April 2017.
Shareholders should note that the Offering is conditional on certain conditions being met before the closing date of 20 April 2017. If these conditions are not met by the Closing Date, the Offering may not occur and Metal Tiger may not raise the £4.29m. The Closing Date may be changed upon mutual agreement of Sprott and Metal Tiger.
